Last night we watched a two hour documentary on the dark ages and then discussed whether or not it gave too positive a slant towards the Catholic church.  It was awesome.

(we are massive dorks sometimes.)

We also watch less geeky TV (though man we both love our history channel), lots of football, cook together and play pickup ultimate frisbee.  We don’t go out to dinner much though we used to when we lived in New York.  I just don’t like driving us around and he doesn’t drive, so we mostly chill at home.

A variety of things.  Winter is usually our down time because not much is going on. We’ll play the Wii for a little bit.  Watch some tv.  That’s about it. But come spring and summer, we go to baseball games.  We’ll go on bike rides or walk down to the bay.  Sometimes we’ll go “shoot da hoops” as we say.  As of right now, we’re more laid back and boring.  I should actually look into some winter activities to do because I’m getting somewhat bored with the same ol’ routine.  I’d also like him to become a little bit more active.  The problem is that he’s a plumber and he works long hours.  He tells me that the winter wears him out more and he’s usually ready for bed by the time he comes home from work.  This limits him at times.  So, if anyone has any suggestions, that’d be great.

Fiance and I love hockey. We love watching it, talking about it, playing it (well he plays and I attempt.)

In the next few months (the the pond near us freezes over) Fiance is going to attepmt to teach me how to skate. This should be interesting.

Play cards, video games, scrabble, watch our fave shows (dexter!), work out (though that’s not really fun), go out to restaurants… When we were house shopping, we spent a LOT of time looking at houses and talking about what we wanted.  I can’t wait for the weather to get nice so we can get back to going on walks and stuff.

Yes, hockey games with us is a must as well.  We were having Flyers withdrawal last night.  Finally a game on tonight.  That’s something we are both looking forward to.

Watch Family Guy.  The kid got me hooked on it.  I got him hooked on champagne. 😉

We like to watch trashy tv, go to nascar races, go to the dog park, and go out to eat!
