Sunday morning is just for my husband and me and we go to our favourite coffee shop and do the NYT crossword together. We usually do some home improvement most weekends even if it is a little thing. Grocery shopping for the week and then fun! Go on a walk/ hike, bike, picnic, driving range, badminton (our eldest is wickedly good) or just go exploring to some place new.
Kids come with us the odd time but do their own thing if they have plans with friends etc. Maybe once a month or so go to a movie ( we are not big movie people) and somewhere in there we find time to read. We both have hobbies so that is our quite time for ourselves. The odd weekend we just vege out but that is fairly rare.

We live near Philadelphia so we use a website called uwishunu to find cool things to do. We are also part of meetups and are on FB groups for our town that will tell us what events are going on. I also use FB events. We find tons of cool/cheap/free stuff to do all the time.

We have weeknights together so I cook dinner and we eat it while watching one of our tv shows. On Saturdays, my husband usually works so I’ll hang out and get brunch with a girlfriend. Then I’ll usually have to go to Target.
After that we usually eat dinner and relax all night. My husband usually stays up late playing video games and I will stay up late and read. Sunday we almost always get breakfast (our favorite!) and then we’ll hang out with his family or take our dog somewhere 🙂

Hmm.. I like to get groceries Thurs eve so it isn’t as packed. That way I have the whole weekend pretty much free except for chores 🙂
We have time together M-F eve.. our schedules are good in this sense.
Friday – he plays video games with his friends online for a few hrs. after dinner. I play with the cats and watch my “girly” shows lol. Afterward we might watch tv. Sometimes I go out dancing with a friend or 2. (he hates dancing and going out to bars) We don’t have kids.
Saturday morning is usually the movies (cheaper), especially in summer. He has a car detailing business so sometimes he has jobs on the weekends. I continue doing chores Saturday and/or Sunday. Most of the housework.. laundry, dishes, clean the bathroom, litter box, etc. Saturday night I may do something with friends, especially when it’s warm out (I live in the midwest). Sometimes we go out to dinner or lunch.
Saturdays in the fall are all about Ohio State games! Usually watch at home or at his family’s in Columbus.
I kinda wish we liked more things as a couple that got us out of the house lol. It would be nice to explore the city or something (we are 10 mins from a huge downtown area). We are also quite limited on new restaurants to try because he is very picky :-/ However, it’s nice that we have our “own things” we like to do for “me time” lol.
We are both getting in shape for the wedding so perhaps walking around outside/hiking will become a thing..

Firstly – love The Office. It’s one of our favourite shows to binge and rewatch lol
But more to your question – A huge chunk of our weekends goes toward seeing family and friends. But when we have a weekend to ourselves we – go for long walks, run errands or go shopping, go out for lunch or dinner, work on house projects or art/crafts (separately, but in the same room), video games, reading..
Do you guys have any hobbies or anything you can do together? Or you could have friends over for dinner or something?

Errands. Chores. Cook for the week. See some friends. Veg out. Typically a bit of each.

We are foodies, so we find pleasure in just going for lunch or dinner with some good food and wine or cocktails. On the weekends we work, though. Saturday is our busiest day out of the week, so we only see each other at night after we are done. Sunday not so busy, but we still work for most of the day. Since we work every day of the week, we go out at lunch time almost every day just to spend time with each other, get some food, run errands, or do something fun like going to the movies, walking around a park, etc.
