@NewYearsEve:  keep BDing!!  you need 3 high sustained temps to give you the CH!  🙂  Its very common not to Ovulate your first cycle off BCP, but its not impossible! i knew some people who got PG their first cycle off (extra fertile or something? i dont get it!) Good luck  🙂 feel free to keep updating! and keep BDing!  i would use OPKS if you get some! they can help confirm!

@NewYearsEve:  after BC Implant I Ovulated on 24CD the first month and cd29 the 2nd…hang in there your body is readjusting.  Test CM and CP and you might O and just have a long cycle for a while…right now I am 38CD!

Yeah that last day looks very promising to me, especially if you disregard the temp from CD 15 (did you wake up late that day, or drink alcohol the night before, or anything like that?). Hopefully it goes up again tomorrow!

Just FYI, don’t be surprised if your body takes a while to adjust – my first cycle off the pill I ovulated on Day 20, but the second cycle it took all the way until Day 47! Also your CM pattern might be weird for a while, and that’s okay.

@NewYearsEve:  if your temp stays up, i would say you O’d on CD19. that spike is very promising!!

@NewYearsEve:  i personally O between CD17 and CD30  (lol)  so i start using one OPK in the morning at like CD15, and then if it starts getting nearly positive i’ll switch to one in the am and one after work (6pm) until it +!  the test line must be AS dark or DARKER than the control. not close to the same or lighter.. super dark! its hard to get the hang of them for sure, but once you see a +, you get it 😉  (some girls use their OPKS up to 4 times a day (afternoon is supposed to be best, better then FMU). I’m still TTA, so i dont do it as strictly!

@NewYearsEve:  the O day is the day before the temperature shift. The temp shift indicates that you have already ovulated. I think from looking at your chart I would say CD 20

@NewYearsEve:  I would rather O late then not at all.  I have also read that some women don’t O the 1st (or 2nd) month sometimes.  So it might be a bit of a rocky mountain month. …it looks good though for day 20.

@NewYearsEve:  It could have… mine never seem to change much for something like that, but everyone’s different! Even without disregarding it though, I’d say you definitely ovulated if your temps stay up for another couple days! Looks like you’ve timed it just right!

The CM doesn’t line up, but the temps look good for O on CD18! GL!

I think 18 (or maybe 19) is probably the most likely. CM is often weird for a while after going off BC. Good luck!
