I see posts of recaps and engagements sessions and it says “pic heavy” then I open it and see 4 photos. This is NOT pic heavy. Pic heavy is 15-20+ photos. Also, I don’t care about 6 photos of your food and one photo of the kiss. I want to see preperation photos, ceremony photos and after photos of the couple, party, reception, etc.
Just wondering if any other bees ever feel let down when they click on a link to see photos and get 3 shots and the bee is never to be heard from again?

I prefer the highlights recaps! But my computer also occasionally freezes on the REALLY pic heavy posts.

I think ‘a few’ pics is not pic heavy. I think it takes at least ‘several’ to ‘many’ to constitute pic heavy and ‘a ton’ is awesome and really worth scrolling through!

I hate when I open a recap and you can’t even see any pics of the couple because they do not want to post their face and there are only a few pictures of the random things like shoes. Very dissapointing! I think pic heavy for engagement is 10+ photos and for a wedding it’s 20+. it’s okay to post less, just don’t say pic heavy.

Agreed! I dont want to show my face in every day photos but I imagine I will be when I show off my wedding photos.

Aw, you’ll hate mine then because I am so not posting face photos once we get our pro pics!
I consider pic heavy to be like… 10? Yeah, around there. But I like any amount of photos.

I think of pic heavy as like 10+ photos (maybe 15+ for wedding recaps). I love posts that are actually ‘pic heavy’ and hate when I get all excited and then I open the thread and there are only like 4 pictures! 🙁

but we all want to see how beautiful you are, the look on your face when you see your DH the first time, the love between the two of you as you say your vows! What can I say, I am a hopeless romantic!!!
I know right!?!? That is exactly what I do!!!

I get annoyed when it’s like 3 photos and they say it’s pic heavy. To me, pic heavy is 15+. Engagement shots maybe around 10+.
