Supply teacher at secondary level. In the US I guess you’d say substitute teacher at high school level?

I’m a qualified secondary religious studies/ education (RS/RE)  teacher- not a subject I believe is taught in the US though, and plan to start looking for a permanent post in my subject, next year.

I have a PhD in cancer biology and do clinical prostate cancer research.

But on the weekends I’m a belly dancer!  It’s a nice double life 🙂

I’m a chemist in industry.  I really enjoy it.  It’s a good balance of desk work, physical labor, and using my brain for me.  I’m also a part time grad student for hopefully not too much longer.  My Fiance is a full time student working on becoming a CPA.

I do admin work in the office of an online retailer that sells firefighting, police, and EMS equipment. Riveting, I know. The linguistics degree was so worth it. :p

@huckleberry783: Awesome! I wanted to be a professional musician. Now it’s just a hobby… Hopefully I can teach piano for kids or something later.

I’m a postbaccalaureate research assistant in the physiology of anxiety disorders… I’ll be going back to school for my PhD next year and work in physio/psychology of chronic pain disorders and their comorbid problems. I love love my job. My husband is still trying to figure it out though… business is such a big place it’s overwhelming #sigh.

I love reading all the responses! (I always wonder this question during day during the week when I think, “who are all these people online who don’t seem to have jobs? 😉 )

I teach piano to cute little kids and I’m the music director/choir director/organist at a church.
