I’m the course manager for a leadership development company.  We have both public & private courses that help individuals and teams cultivate their leadership skills, focus in on what they’re passionate about, what their goals are, and what they do that gets in their own way of being successful.

“Course Manager” basically= logistics girl– I coordinate all of the public courses that we run.  Prety much from the time a student enrolls I am their point of contact- I send them their pre-course materials, take payments, answer questions, and then from a course admin perspective I also create all the course handouts & materials, order catering, coordinate with the cleaning & groundskeeping staff, shop for supplies, etc.  It takes a lot of organization, but luckily I enjoy that and I get to meet a lot of really interesting people.

@GreekGirl: Very interesting! I have a severely autistic boy in my class this year who is gorgeous and such a neat kid but I find him so challenging sometimes!
