Get your mind out of the gutter. Darling Husband and I used to be the silent car ride couple. Now, we play games. Example: sometimes we guess the gender of the person in oncoming traffic, sometimes we scan the radio and see who can name the artist of songs first. It got me thinking what other couples do in the car.

I am a non-stop car talker. Get me in one of those things and I talk left and right about anything and everything 🙂 Sometimes it is dangerous though. Drivers need to concentrate.

We are radio-listeners. That or we listen to books on tape/CD.

We tend to talk a lot in the car. I don’t know why, but we have a lot of good discussions that way. If it is a long ride, however, I usually sleep. There is just something about that passeger seat that puts me out every time.

We normally just talk about anything really, but the radio is on as well.

We play the “Who sings this” game. We will play for hours and hours just flipping through the radio stations trying to guess who sings the song that comes on.
We love it! We are dorks lol

My Fiance and I talk about all sorts of subjects, from work, to ideas. But what I have to say is awesome, is at the end of a long day, on a long car ride home (2+ hours) has to be the most romantic talk. Again, get your mind outta the gutter, haha, but that’s when we really have a heart-to-heart about different subjects. It’s really awesome. That might change once we’re married, cause we don’t live together and don’t see eachother a lot now. However, I certainly enjoy our car rides 🙂 It’s during those times that Itime get to say ‘Wow, this is an amazing man!’

We talk a lot – sometimes about our day, sometimes more general conversation. We listen to the radio, sing along, talk about music. A lot of the time, though, he falls asleep. (I am always the one who drives.)
