Currently for me, if I’m not working, I’m either sleeping, or surfing the internet. I’ve also been unpacking boxes, too, since we just moved into a new house a couple of weeks ago. But I hate to spend what seems like ALL of my time off unpacking boxes.
What are your hobbies/free time activities?

@roweboat: I like to go running outside if it’s not too cold or go to the gym. I also like to watch TV..especially stupid reality shows but I wouldnt call that a hobby..more like a bad habit that kills brain cells! LOL

@sweetchiquita12: I’m trying to make myself like the gym.. but no success there yet! Lol. it’s hard to go from a complete couch potato to working out on a regular basis.

- Wedding: January 2013 - Harbourfront Grand Hall
@roweboat: Wedding Bee… I need a hobby! I also tend to go on mad cleaning sprees when I have the energy to get up off the couch and put the laptop down. I also shop, I shop a lot…

@roweboat: It is very hard!!! But you need to try many different things at the gym to see what you like…I do yoga, take dance, spinning, run, free weights. I like to mix it up so that it keeps it exciting and I dont ever get bored of going!

I wish I could lie and say go to the gym. I used to go to the gym on a regular basis but recently it’s been one thing or the other keeping me away. No excuse, I know, but cold, dark, rainy weather is not motivating.
Lately I’ve been reading, watching movies, shopping online and cooking in my free time. Once we get our Christmas tree (tomorrow maybe) I’ll start decorating the house for Christmas, I love doing that.
Sooner or later I’ll get back to the gym to work off the holiday poundage.

@jmaze: I have a feeling I’ll be saying the same thing when I go back to school in January, Lol.
@mchitt329: You sound like me! Lol
@sweetchiquita12: Yeah, I really need to find something that works for me. I was taking hot yoga classes before I moved up here to Michigan. We got a gym membership recently, but I get sooooo bored on the treadmill or elliptical, but I know I need cardio to get the fat off!! I just get so bored of those machines that I don’t wanna go. I enjoy doing the leg/arm/ab machines, but the cardio makes me not want to go, Lol

I try to workout regularly. I go on kicks where I’ll get really into a tv show and watch all the seasons on netflix or amazon (currently watching Castle). I just finished the first draft of my novel so for a few months I spent a few hours a day writing. I also read a ton. Weekends in the fall/winter are basically dedicated to college and pro football.

@roweboat: Try running outside!!! It makes it way more exciting for me and I put some good music on my ipod and go. Another good cardio thing is dancing..I take a zumba class and it is fun and cardio at the same time 🙂

I read, knit, watch TV and movies, watch football with my Darling Husband, cook, play around with the dogs. I can always find something in my spare time. 🙂

- Wedding: May 2013 - Walt Disney World
@roweboat: I’m not working now either, so I’m chilling on the internet most of the time and catching up on DVR’ed shows, lol. I love to read and try to work out every day too. FI is currently deployed (was supposed to come home last Sunday, but is delayed, ugh), so I need to make sure the house is in order and not too girly-looking for when he comes home! I need some real-life friends! :-p

depends how much time I have in an increment.
At night its cooking (also a chore) and then a tv show with Darling Husband then reading.
On weekends its more projects like scrapbooking. This past weekend I redid our coffee table and I think I found some chairs I want to redo as well.
Ill also play some Nancy Drew computer games. haha, I know it sounds so stupid, but its not as easy as it seems.
