I play with my dog and take him for a walk. It is impossible to be upset when he is wagging his tail and being adorable.

If my husband and my daughter aren’t around, I snuggle with my kitty. I also bake things I have no intention of eating.
Or eat, to be honest. Sigh.

Get in the car and drive with the music blasting and sing along like a lunatic. Nothing changes my mood better than good music.

Spend money, call off of work, eat something really good or dance around to really good music.

Just depends on the day.
Some days I sing like the PP, some days I drink a nice warm cup of tea. Other days I go shopping, other days I hang out with family or friends.
Guess it depends why I’m bummed!

I record Ellen every day and save them for when I’m having a bleh kind of day. Ellen always gives me a good laugh!

if the weather is bad or it’s later of the day, I eat ice cream or something fatty and watch TV.
if the weather is great or it’s earlier of the day, I run.
Running actually works waaaay better, but eating ice cream and watching TV is easier. lol.
