Wow – that’s a lot of stuff — I’d say you have it pretty well covered!  How about some “don’ts” — don’t nag, don’t overract, don’t max out the credit cards, don’t have hissy fit if he wants to play golf with the guys twice a month?  You sound like an awesome, caring wife — good for you!!  I hope he’s an awesome caring hubs in return!

I’ve noted that on weddingbee the answer to this question is always a unanimous, very vocal shout of ‘BLOWJOBS’!! 😂🤣😂

You’re welcome! 😇

cmsgirl :  LOL — I was going to say that too, but presumed that what she meant when she said sexual favors as already on her list — hahaha.   Also, OP, too many people underestimate the effect of a good makeout session every now and then.  My dh loves them, whether it leads anywhere else or not (and the ‘not’ times are usually when we’re on our way out the door – ha!).

Along with those things, I plan little date nights and weekend trips (and pay for them on my own) or even longer trips. We recently went to Hawaii, I purchased the plane tickets and rented the condo and surprised my sig O. I also do acts of kindness for my Mother-In-Law, which my SigO really appreciates, I also attend sporting events that my SigO plays in and I bake cookies for the team. I watch cheesy Marvel movies with my spouse, we go on adventures together and do active things my spouse likes, I change the sheets VERY often as my spouse LOVES the freshest linens, and I respect my spouses independence… luckily for me it’s all reciprocated and I am spoiled in my own ways =) we’ve been together 6 years next weekend and married for 3 years in Sept.

alrobinson :  he sounds lucky in more ways than one!

Sometimes hubby and I plan secret date days for each other where one of us is the tour director and activities coordinator and the other goes along and gets to expirience the fun of not knowing what is planned until it happens. We usually on the morning of, send the other a text message  saying ‘are you up for a secret date day?’. The rule of secret date day is that the one expiriencing it doesn’t know about it until its about to happen. It’s really silly but a lot of fun. Maybe this might be a cool thing to incorporate into your relationship?

Goodness, l’m impressed. Mine feels quite special enough anyway, he’s always had a good opinion of himself lol.

l tell him he’s good looking and that l love him. That’ll do. But then we have been together forever.
