    I don’t do much beyond having all the vaccinations that were required as a child.  Also, if I’m sick, I stay home from work.

    I rarely wash my hands which I think has a lot to do with why I rarely get sick.  My body has been able to build up immunity to the common, everyday “bugs”.  Some parts of my extended family are very frequent hand washers and they are ALWAYS coming down with things because they’ve never been able to build up any sort of immunity to the most basic of things.

    I have no issue what-so-ever with sharing drinks and food but obviously don’t do those things when I’m sick.  But when I feel fine, I think nothing of it.

    Another thought.  I can’t even imagine wearing a mask out in public.  That is just excessive, IMO.
