The world is moving at such a fast pace these days, it seems everyone needs something to relax and unwind.
I’ve always considered myself a creative person, so I find my outlet from stress through creating! I used to spend a lot of time scrap booking and renovating furniture, but now I have become more interested in fashion and design, mostly headbands accessories.
SO and I spend every Friday night on the couch with homemade pizza and Fringe on tv, and I always end up dragging out my craft box.
So what are you outlets????

A good workout is my way to start the relaxing. Without it, I just can’t seem to completely get rid of my stress. After, I like things like photo projects, reading and watching movies with hubby.

I love reading, I am definetly a bookworm. And I also like to bust out my craft box when I can. I have a scrapbook for each of my children and I like to make cards and such. Currently I am making my wedding bouquet and hair accesories for my daughter.

I can’t do it with being pregnant, but ever since I could walk, I would spin around in circles and sing. I know, very weird habit to keep into adult hood, but the dizzy feeling is relaxing for me. I don’t lead a very stressful life anymore, so I can just read forums on the internet to relax. When its the summer, I will also take walks.

I agree…a glass of wine, moscato for me, while skimming through some interior design magazines helps me relax. I also love to saddle up my horse and ride, even if it is freezing cold and snowing outside. 🙂

I used to love hot baths, but have had to skip those since I’m pregnant now. I’ve started prenatal massages though.
My husband likes to make fun of me b/c I love getting my eyebrows waxed and find that really relaxing.
