Ugh, either something salty…like Salt & Vinager chips salty.


Or something chocolate-y like chocolate chip cookies (which I just made the other night) or a Snickers.

Cookies, cake, etc! Right now I’m trying to fight off the pms monster, but instead of eating I biked 8.2 miles. 🙂 It’s a little more empowering than giving in.


(Though, I think I still would love an oreo or 5. I’m just too tired to go to the store and buy some!!)

I go from one craving to the next opposite craving. Like I’ll eat chocolate, but then right after that I’ll need something really salty. Its so bad. I know when I go to the grocery store, if I get one thing I know I should get something completely different.

Right now, I’m fighting to urge to go home and order an entire pizza for just myself for dinner tonight. SERIOUS PMS today. Holy cow.

They started making those tiny-sized Edy’s double-churned ice creams in mint chip now, though, so that’s how I’ve been fighting off my cravings. 180 calories in one, which is high, but not too bad!

When I PMS i want chocolate. So uh, once every 3 months the chocolate monster strikes and everyone looks at me and goes “You don’t even LIKE chocolate!!!” and then my girlfriends all nod and go “ooooo okay” all knowingly.

I completely loose my appetite when I PMS 🙁 I frequently feel ill, so I stick to fruit/yogurt smoothies, pro-biotic bars, lemon water, cucumbers, etc. My appetite is completely normal and healthy at every time but that time- then I just don’t really feel like eating anything :/
