Don’t stress about it. There really are more important things in life. If it is an oops it is an oops. We all make them. Most people aren’t as hung up on stuff as we fear.Smile

I agree with seconchances……….No need to take stress over it……………..It’s your wedding so just enjoy every moment of it without thinking too much on small small issues……….
In my opinion its perfectly fine to send thank you card with her name………….Because from your registry store you got her name and you sent Thank you to her only……………And if its from the complete family also…………They will understand it as they also know that its quite understand that your registry store will provide you the name of the person who paid for your gift……………..
So just relax and enjoy………

I had a similar situation, and I actually posted on Facebook asking who gave the gift so I would know who to thank.  I think it came from a family member so I also called my grandma to let her know and asked her to ask around.
