I don’t know yet….this is my first cycle. I am really going to try and chill, if it happens it happens. Stress can have a huge toll on your fertility, so my advice would be relax….but then again I don’t really know what I am talking about 😉

I had some caffeine and wine, which I am cutting out after ovulation each time, so that made me feel better, and then I had a date night with hubs. I have only had one BFN so far though, so I am sure i will get harder to console as time passes. I think it’s ok to just mope for a bit.

Oh I also got to researching what kind of supplements would help and then went and got me some evening primrose oil, B6 and red raspberry leaf tea so that cheered me up and increased some hope for this cycle

Cry lol. Nah weve been trying for three YEARS now so it does hurt, a lot but at the same time it makes me numb for a few days. I dont care about anything or anyone and just feel sown for a few days. I soon shake it off though!

I’ve had my first BFN’s for the first time this week. I was really grumpy the 1st time because I tested at like 4AM & couldn’t see anything but I rationalized it as the day went on : It’s 12DPO, 1st cycle trying… I shouldn’t be upset. I got another BFN this morning (15DPO, AF is 1-2 days late) & I’m just confused now. Been roaming the TTC boards all day just looking for what other people think 🙁

I’ve had two BFN’s and I just get really grumpy and down.  Now given I tested both times at 10 dpo so it’s not definitely out (except both times I’ve been spotting so I kind of knew I was out anyway) but that day is kind of when I’m PMSing too so that doesn’t help.  There really isn’t anything I do to feel better, my hubs tries to cheer me up and get me excited for next cycle.  Usually within a day I feel better though.

We’ve just hit the one year mark. I’m honestly just numb to it now, I just never EXPECT to see a positive 🙁 If we don’t get the BFP this month then we’ll be going in for testing. Lame, lame, lame.

@littlecat:  I think you should stop worrying about it and relax. As soon as you stop thinking about it and “Trying” it’ll happen! Good luck

I just get really sad, and wonder why my body isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do.  Im going to the RE on Monday though, after 15 cycles.  Hopefully I’ll see our bfp soon!

We’ve been trying over a year and a half now, so I’ve gotten kinda used to it.  But I still mope for a few days.  Every few months I’ll still have a good cry.  This TTC stuff is tough.

I cry. I’m preparing to cry later today or tomorrow :/
