I usually just leave my ring at home when going to the gym.

I’m paranoid about damaging my e-ring so I always take it off, along with my other jewelry, and put it in the zipper compartment of my gym bag then lock the locker and keep the key with me.  My gym has excellent security so I’ve never been worried that anything will happen to it while it’s locked up.  This is when I go to the gym straight after work.  On the weekends I leave it at home.

My gym is in my basement, so I usually leave it on if I’m just doing cardio. If I’m doing weights, I’ll leave it in my apartment.

I leave mine on while running, but take all my rings off and put them on my necklace while weight lifting/rock climbing.

They stay at home. I have accidentally showed up to a softball game with them on and wore them on a chain but I was totally paranoid and checking for them every few minutes.

I wear it.. unless I’m swimming. In that case I leave it at home.

At the gym, I usually leave mine on.  It’s a little loose, so if I get swollen it doesn’t bother me.

For rugby practice/games, I put it in its box (the one it came in) and put it in my glove compartment.

I do leave mine in my locker. I guess it’s possible it could get stolen, but up until recently I worked out at a college campus and all the stuff I brought with me during the day (wallet, phone, etc.) had to be in my locker anyway. A good lock is my peace of mind, I don’t see anyone coming in the locker room and breaking it, especially without being very suspicious about it!

I leave them on.

For regular workouts at home or at the gym, I don’t really do anything that would harm them. Treadmill/elliptical, machines, floor stuff… there’s nothing there to scratch or otherwise damage them.

For things like kayaking, I wear gloves so the rings are protected anyway. If we did any kind of rock-climbing, I’d probably put them on a necklace or leave them at home and wear a silver band instead.

I think my habits would change if I had an eternity band and could lose/damage the stones, but since mine are only on top, it’s not a big deal to me.

Leave my e-ring in my locker, which has a lock.

I just leave them at home. If I went straight after work, I would put them in my locked car or locker, with a lock on it.

I take it off at home and then go to the gym. No way I’d get it all messed up on the weights at the gym!
