Fiance and I are having an open bar at the wedding, but we have to provide our own alcohol. No biggie, but we are struggling a little on quantity.
So tell me, if you were at my wedding, what would you drink? Beer, what kind of wine, or what mixed drink?

I would start with white wine through dinner and would switch to cranberry vodka after dinner!

I would probably drink any kind of white wine.

I’m not a huge drinker, so I usually have soft drinks and then a glass of white wine with dinner.

I usually start with a cocktail or two – I like gin martinis (but it seems like no one else on earth except for 55+ men like these so maybe you shouldn’t go by me, lol) – and then move onto wine after a while.

I would drink beer of pretty much any kind – I am not picky!! Wine, I like Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, Malbec, Riesling
Mixed drinks – I would probably do cranberry and vodka or my go to drink is Stoli Raspberry and gingerale

I would be between a vodka tonic (clear so no stains) and red wine. Merlot is quite universal and nice in December.
We also supplied our own bar and kept it to beer and wine thinking everyone likes either. Turns out there were 3 girls who didn’t drink beer or wine one of which was my brother’s girlfriend but he never mentioned it until the day of when he asked if it was okay if he brought her some Smirinoff ice! You will have left overs (we took cases of beer home and about half a dozen bottles of wine) and some people will gush about your choices but not everyone will like what you pick. For reference, we served reisling (white), a Spanish red wine and 3 kinds of beer along with a variety of soda and sparkling and still water.
