I tend to drink coffee late at night…

Eating wise, hmmm, popsicles, and if I’m really hungry, then I tend to go for cereal, nutrition bars, and/or sweets.

However, I try most of the time to not eat so late :(.

A glass of milk, or a spoonful of peanut butter, or a cheese stick. Basically I crave fats before bed.

I try not to eat 3 hours before going to bed because apparently it’s bad for you, but if I’m really peckish probably a yoghurt or a few potato chips (not the whole bag, maybe less than 10 chips).

I usually don’t get hungry and snack after dinner and since I’m following paleo, carbs and dairy and off limits.  I’d probably pick a fruit or some veggies.  I was doing edamame for a while, but those are off limits now too bc they’re so.

@Duncan:  fruit, frozen greek yogurt, or air-popped popcorn with unsalted butter

Yogurt or fruit :] I try not to eat anything of too much substance after dinner. Sometimes I’ll have a mini bag of healthy pop kettle corn, that stuff is amazing!

My go-to night snacks are usually toast with Vegemite, cereal, yoghurt, soy chips, apples, nuts and bananas. Although if we feel really bad the Fiance will do a cheeseburger run.

Fiance is on a health kick right now so no carbs for, or after, dinner. I try to stick to it too.

In an ideal world I would have carbs on carbs, with a side of carbs and maybe some crispy carb crumble on top. Yum ๐Ÿ˜‰

@Flanders:  My Fiance is on the exact same health kick!  AND he is losing weight!  Not I!  *sigh*  *wanting uber carbs now*

ETA:  I suppose I should answer the OPs question.  LOL  Salt.  As long as it is salty, I am a happy girl.  ๐Ÿ˜€

@katrinamlee:  It’s worse because it’s winter now, so I constantly crave carbs. :/ Oh well, it’s for the best because I am always griping about a lifestyle change.

I don’t randomly snack after dinner. It messes up my sleep.

But every night for dessert I have a cup of tea and a fortune cookie. It’s small and a little bit sweet and not too filling. I also like to know what is going to happen the following day ๐Ÿ˜‰
