@Duncan:  You sound like my DH!  I have a huge sweet tooth, so I eat anything and everything sweet…usually way too much cake!!

Sometimes a fruit pop, but that’s mostly because it’s what SO likes and he brings me one too. If I’m up late I sometimes want a cup of tea and a cookie or piece of toast with jam.

I tend to eat dinner fairly late because Fiance often works late. Sometimes I’ll have  snack when I get home from work to tide me over. I usually go for cheese and crackers, string cheese, or yogurt (can you tell I’m from Wisconsin?). If I’m craving chocolate I’ll have a tortilla with nutella on it.

@FauxBoho:  This sounds so cute.  A cup of tea and a fortune cookie!

I pretty much take whatever snack food we have on hand, which usually we don’t have a lot of variety… like this week it’s been cocoa roasted almonds, last week was Ben & Jerry’s froyo (FI probably won’t let me buy those again, I devoured them and barely let him have any!!), sometimes we’ll have bags of chips or popcorn…

I don’t really get too hungry at night, but I think that is probably because I typically eat a later dinner (7-7:30pm).  Sometimes I’ll get the munchies right after work and I will eat a small snack of whatever we have – sometimes I’ll make myself a s’more or I will have a small bit of frozen yogurt.  Or some tortilla chips and salsa.

DH works long hours; we don’t usually eat dinner until 8 or 9, so I rarely snack before bed.  If I do, it’s ice cream.

i have no problem eating later in the evening, but i wouldn’t ever have anything like “sweets” related.

if i do get that craving i’ll usually have a piece of fruit…however i’ll usually have a glass of water because thats what your body is really telling you it needs…

no grains/no dairy/nothing processed for this girl.

We usually eat dinner fairly late, so I’m not a nighttime snacker.  The only thing I might eat late is an ice cream sandwich if I’m craving sweets and if I have enough WW points left 😉

A glass of milk usually helps me sleep!

I don’t eat before bed too often.. but when I do it’s normally a small handful of chips, or a granola bar!

Nothing after dinner but peppermint tea!  If i’m having a super bad craving, i’ll treat my self to some instant hot chocolate or a decaf earl grey with honey and milk. But never food! I’m trying so effin hard!

I really like a nice hot bowl of oatmeal at night.  It just does something for me. . .

Everything.

Haha, that’s what it feels like! I usually like to have something sweet before bed, like chocolate. But I’m taking it easy now, as my wedding is in 9 days! So I’m trying really hard not to eat anything late at night now.
