Most days cereal or oatmeal, sometimes eggs and toast, once a week we do a bigger breakfast of eggs or pancakes or waffles with bacon or sausage etc. I’m pregnant too but I was never able to give up bacon/sausage completely, but I drink juice with it as the vitamin C helps to counteract the nitrates.

Cheerios with a sliced banana in it. With ice cold milk. It was heaven.
Pregnant too and it hit the spot!!!

I’m not big on breakfast, but I’ve been ordered to start eating before 12 so I’m choking it down.
It’s usually one of these:
– 12 oz. kefir
– Grande iced vanilla latte (not what I’m supposed to be having!)
– Dark chocolate mint Premier Protein bar

I actually don’t usually eat breakfast unless we’re on vacation or something. I’m ready to go! I prefer snacks through the day.

Lately it’s been oatmeal (either with some pumpkin puree and “pumpkin spice” seasoning or just cinnamon) with field roast sausages. And coffee with this really yum almond and coconut milk creamer.

Most days I make a fruit shake with frozen strawberries / berries, banana, milk and honey. If I’ve got a busy morning I might have a piece of toast with PB on it too. If I’m really, really bad I pick up a piece of fried chicken and a little bag of sticky rice on my way to work!!! I know this sounds completely weird and it took me a long time to be able to eat like that but in the country I live in this is normal breakfast food, I go to work at 7am and there are stalls on the way that sell this.. and sometimes I am tempted!

Spelt toast with avocado and cracked pepper most days

I don’t eat breakfast! I have a coffee every morning and maybe 4 glasses of water. My first meal of the day is at lunch time and is normally some tuna on crackers or even some cereal.
Just never been a breakfast or morning person LOL

Oatmeal or eggs with turkey from the deli. Yum, yum, yum!

Pre-made breakfast quesadillas and a huuuuge mug of coffe! PB&J toast is also another of my go-to’s!

Breakfast foods are my favorite foods! On weekdays, I have a smoothie with spinach/kale, greek yogurt, and banana plus a rotating cast of fruits – avocado, berries, mango, pineapple, etc. topped off with orange juice and almond milk. Plus I alway drink black coffee, at least one cup.
On the weekends, though, I will make scrambled eggs and a bagel often. And I go out to brunch most Sundays, where I’ll eat a BIG breakfast with bacon, pancakes/french toasts, grits, etc. But that will be most of what I eat the whole day when I do that. It keeps me full for a while.

Smoothie or an apple
not really a breakfast person

My favorite breakfast is peanut butter toast with plain grapefruit on the side.
My breakfasts usually consist of some sort of carb (toast, a biscuit, granola with almond milk, muffin etc) and fruit (some sort of citrus, strawberries, etc)
every once in a while I may have a breakfast taco or a waffle.
and along with a big glass of water I usually have some hot tea, peppermint is my favorite, but I also love green tea, chamomile, earl grey, all with a little bit of honey.

Usually I have Cheerios with a banana. And then coffee, always coffee.

Muesli with milk, kefir with pumpernickel slices, an activia cup and a sandwich on whole wheat- usually one of these combos. Coffee is a must also!
