Another pregnant lady here.  Usually weekdays are an egg & cheese sandwich with an english muffin (3-4 days) or a banana and yogurt if I’m not feeling as hungry.  Saturday is usually a later and larger breakfast, like an omelette with mushrooms, spinach & cheese; hash browns; and a side of bacon.  Sundays we have a routine of coffee, sliced up fruit (always an apple sprinkled with cinnamon, banana, and whatever else we have on hand), followed by an egg sandwich while reading the paper.

On the weekdays, small bowl of muesli cereals with bananas or berries or any small breakfast bread such as half of a vanilla brioche and cafe au lait. I just need something small and light. For weekends sometimes, a brunch with waffles or french toast, eggs, sausage or bacon with sliced up mixed fruits.

Lol what is breakfast XD I haven’t eaten breakfast at proper breakfast time in like 10 years. I have a large breakfast at noon though – usually a packet of oatmeal, an egg, and a little cheese.

I eat low carb, so through the week, it’s usually an egg cup with some kind of meat, cheese and veggies. I make them up in muffin tins on Sunday and freeze them. On weekends, it’s usually omelets with bacon or something like that. Sometimes, I’ll make low-carb waffles.

Work days I usually eat slow oats or overnight oats with almond milk, a tbsp of almond butter, a tsp of honey, salt, and a banana.  When I’m out of oatmeal, I’ll have an english muffin with almond butter, apple slices, and 2 hard boiled small organic eggs.

Weekends on Saturday typically, I’ll have half a sweet potato with sauteed greens, mushrooms, and two over hard eggs.  Sunday I eat pancakes!  WHITE FLOUR and BUTTER and SYRUP!  But i also eat an egg so I don’t go into crazy high blood sugar without a protein balance.

I have 1 -2 breakfasts depending on the day. On the days I work out, I eat peanut butter toast before workout and then porridge after. On days I don’t it’s normally toast with eggs (all types, I LOVE eggs.) On the weekend, toast with eggs again, sometimes throw in some sausage and bacon. All accompanied by a coffee with creamer! 🙂

It differs for me from day to day. I rarely eat the same thing throughout the week for breakfast. I eat cereal, belvitas, baked oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, and sometimes I’ll make things like muffins or loaf breads!
