My favorite easy meal for myself is SO unhealthy: A can of Raviolios (the Spaghettios version of ravioli).  I ate it as a kid at my Grama’s, and as late night dorm food in college, and it just makes me happy.

I eat dinner alone most nights because Fiance works evenings. Sometimes I’ll make a “normal” dinner and he can just heat it up when he gets home. My go to food when I don’t feel like cooking or picking up something is noodles and butter. Usually egg noodles or else trader joe’s spinach and chive noodles with a little butter on them. Simple and easy.

I usually have some cereal and/or toast with some peanut butter.

DH works 2nd shift. So I am alone for dinner technically every night. I cook a full on feast. Then he takes it to work the next day for dinner.  I actually like cooking alone most of the time, because I can take my time and not feel rushed trying to feed a hungry crew

Smoothies are my fave, but I also do cereal.  Cheese and crackers is also delicious.

Sometimes I’ll make couscous and Perdue short cuts chicken.  it’s really quick, and something a little more glamourous!!  I hate cooking just for me.

Ooh yeah, I do pasta with butter and garlic too.  Heavy on the parm!

I just ate a babybel mini gouda cheese and a serving of dark chocolate covered almonds. Maybe I’ll eat like a grown up and have a bowl of cereal in a few ๐Ÿ™‚

Tofu stir fry! DH isn’t a big fan of tofu so I take advantage of the opportunity to cook some up for din-din when he’s not here ๐Ÿ™‚

If I’m feeling lazy I’ll do Kraft Dinner and add in some broccoli. Or I’ll make a toasted shrimp sandwich.

I totally veg out when I’m alone for dinner… it’s so bad, most of the time it’s just a bottle of wine and asian mix (my new obession!)

cereal-either Cherrios or Oatmeal.  Sometimes if we have leftover rice I will heat some and add a little butter. ๐Ÿ™‚

Frozen food, cereal or something equally as easy. I am not a cook. My specialty is fried potato and cheese pierogies or potato and onion pierogies with syrup and sour cream for toppings. I could live off of those things and tend to when DH isn’t around. When he is around he steals all of mine. I have learned to make extra even when he says he doesn’t want any.

Marie Calendars creamy mushroom pot pie…yummmm! It’s so bad for me, good thing I don’t have to resort to it often!
