@acfulhorst:  I just finished the programs, paid off the bakery (I LOVE paying off vendors, it satisfies me!!), had my last dress fitting, shipped off 3 big boxes of decor to Mother-In-Law (we’re having a Destination Wedding in Fi’s hometown), and touched base with the caterer and venue about details. Left to do: get the rest of the RSVP’s in so that we can work on seating, touch base with the minister, harpist, DJ, photbooth, and then cosmetic things for me: last trim and highlight before the wedding, facial, and teeth whitening. I think that’s it!!!!

Hopefully I have to do less than I think I do!

– Boys need to get their suits
– Give the DJ a no-play list (not veto-ing the Macarena or Time Warp, they’re way too much fun!)
– Finalise BMs letters
– Hair and makeup trial 04/10
– Polish jewellery
– Hair cut/colour/body wax

Etc.

OMG, I can’t believe it’s almost here.  We’ve been planning “in theory” for a year and a half so this is totally surreal.  My brain is totally not focusing which is making me feel like I no longer have such a death-grip on our plans LOL

My list off the top of my head:

– Type up and e-mail set-up instructions with photos to my venue coordinator

– Call and confirm everything with our vendors

– Call and confirm all reservations we made for our honeymoon

– Finalize a last-minute order add-on with our florist

-Finish the order of persons for our ceremony and get that info to the Justice of the Peace along with our marriage license (got it two weeks ago)

-Make a “Thank you” sign for photos so we can use them afterward for the cards

-Create a concrete day-of timeline

-Prep the shot list and timeline for the photographers

-Get Engagement Ring cleaned and nails done

-Get a few more things printed that we need on the tables

I think that’s it!  I’m just GLAD we got everything paid for and just the paperwork-y stuff is left.  Trying to get everything paid off in time was stresssssful!
