cottage cheese, preferably with pineapple.  Fiance thinks it’s disgusting unless he’s drunk.  he ate an entire thing of it once.

I love seafood. If it swims, I’ll eat it. I especially love sushi and sashimi. Uni (sea urchin) is probably my favorite. Everyone I know looks disgusted by it. I love the slightly sweet, ocean-air taste.

Another thing I love is pate, especially the canned stuff. I could eat it straight, no crackers or anything. I also love canned oysters, clams and mussels. Oh yeah, and foie gras, although it’s now banned where I live.

Calf’s liver is another favorite. I love the taste and texture. Speaking of texture, lengua (cow’s tongue) is amazing. I love it in tacos. I’m also dying to try scrapple but it’s impossible to find where I live.

Lox sandwiches are delicious. I know they’re pretty popular, but no one else I know likes them. I put cream cheese, lox, lemon juice, and lemon pepper on a bagel and go to town.

I also absolutely love Vegemite. It’s not common where I live. Most people I know have never tasted it. I love it on buttered toast. DH actually shares my love for it too.

Another thing I really love is spreading my MIL’s refried beans and homemade jalapeno salsa on a slice of Little Caesars pizza. I get a lot of weird looks for that one but it’s so delicious!

Last thing I can think of are brussels sprouts. I just recently fell in love with them. I’d never actually had them cooked right so they always tasted bitter to me. I saute them in a little olive oil, sea salt and pepper. I could eat them like candy that way!

@Annabelle86:  I love black licorice too. It is like my favorite candy, especially the allsorts pieces with the coconut on the outside. Everyone thinks it’s gross but love it.

@pccl:  OMG finally someone else that dips their pizza crust in soda!!!  My H2B was completely grossed out and then one time we all went out for pizza, my parents and him and he watched his future Mother-In-Law do it.  LOLOL the look on his face was priceless.  He thought it was all me.
