This is just for fun. So what is your preference a new house or old house and why? I live in an old house that was made in 1955. I love my old house. One of the biggest reasons is because of the space that comes with older homes. Don’t get me wrong I love the new homes as well, but when we looked at new homes they were around 3,000 sq ft and I just could believe the size of the kitchen and bed rooms, they were so small.
I also like the fact that my neighbors are not super close to me. The new neighborhoods that we look at all had cookie cutter homes and the homes were super close to each other.
The only one thing I liked about a new home is the size of the yards they are small. I like the fact that it would be so easy to keep the yard cut. That’s the one thing I don’t like about my house I have a huge front and back yard it takes me hours to cut the yard 🙁
Also if you live in a old or new house what DIY projects have you done to your home. I’m in need of DIY ideas :-). Post pictures if you like.
