Pasta, tomatoes, zucchini, green/red/orange bell peppers (sometimes just one color, sometimes all three), cucumbers, mozarella, fresh basil & thyme, little bit of vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper

I use bow tie pasta, mayo, lemon juice, seasoning, shredded carrots, diced onion, chopped black olives. That’s it. Maybe fresh tomatoes would be good in it.

Sometimes I use spaghetti instead of anything shaped, but I’ll use a box of pasta, a large ripe tomato cut in chunks, a green pepper diced, half of a red onion or a small yellow onion diced, a bottle of Zesty Italian dressing and 4 T of Salad Supreme seasoning (that’s the real secret to a tasty pasta salad).

1 pk. tri-color pasta Cooked al dente)

1 LONG Slim-Jim, cut up into little pieces

1 bottle Kraft Free Zest Italian dressing.

Combine. Toss before serving.

I ALWAYS get asked to bring this to picnics, cook-outs and parties.

I make my grandmother’s recipe – pasta (usually rotini or fusilli), green olives (just the kind from a jar at the grocery store), tomato and cucumber cut up, and a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and whatever other spices I feel like that day.

I’ve never heard of or seen a pasta salad with pepperoni! I can’t imagine what it would taste like.

I usually put pasta, garlic, tomato, parmesan, carrot, celery, pickles finely chopped and an italian dressing of some kind but I am not a cook

I like to make one with finely chopped mozzarella, spiral pasta, rotisserie chicken (costco!), fresh basil, grape tomatoes, salt & pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar (might want to use white balsamic since it turns the mozzarella black) lol

so good!

I started making one with the tri-color rotini, black olives, red & green peppers, halved grape or cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and italian dressing.

Very simple, but I’d like to try it sometime with sun-dried tomato dressing as well!

I have a great recipe courtesy of AllRecipes.com:

  • 1 (16 ounce) package fusilli (spiral) pasta
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 pound salami, cubed
  • 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni, cut in half
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 (10 ounce) can black olives, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

(i leave out the black olives, and substitute mozzarella for provalone)

I love pasta salad!  I make it a lot.. I use the Suddenly Pasta Salad box with their seasoning packet inside, and I add chunks of cheddar cheese, chunks of mozz, black olives, tomatoes, and I put another pasta in it because the box is kind of small and I like to have it for a couple of days.
