@sherryberry:  A thank you follow up is always a good idea. It doesn’t have to be long or elaborate, just thank them for their time and reiterate your interest in the company and the position

A thank you follow-up is a requirement when I’m interviewing so definitely do that.

Sounds like some good signs already though!

Sounds promising! I think a thank you email is always a good idea–a handwritten note is nice, but if time is limited, an email is great. We don’t check references here unless we’re looking to hire, so hopefully it’s a good sign for you as well!
