@KindofCrazy:  I’ve never met or seen anyone who looks like me, but I’ve seen someone who looks just like my boyfriend!!  The guy he looks like is a professional snooker player and it’s not even just in pictures!  His gestures, posture, body movement, and facial expressions!  He saw the guy and was like HOLYSHITBALLZWHOAH.  🙂

Yea, met a girl who looked a lot like me once. .. Her hair was darker red.. But even the way she moved and her way of talking was like me. It was odd. I was fascinated by her. . I felt like we could have been great friends.. Except that she was also frustrating and impossible in the same ways I am!

When I was in my 20s, I became friends with a woman who totally could have been my sister.  We became really good friends, and managed to convince people that had known either of us our entire lives that we really WERE sisters.  Fun times!  LOL  We even got my Mom in on it!

I’ve been told I resemble Brigitte Bardot.  It really made my day even though I was blown away at the time.  I’m not sure I do, but it made me very happy that someone (I didn’t know) took the time to compliment.

What a great question!

I get told I look like Kat Dennings a lot. My MIL is quick to point out that I am lacking in the boobs department though….

My dad actually can’t even watch “Two Broke Girls” because it freaks him out how much she looks like me. I don’t have the tooth gap either though.

When I was younger, I was told multiple times I looked like Kiera Knightly, and also Natalie Portman…trust me, they are much better looking, i’m not sure where this comes from lol

@KindofCrazy:  I hate when people say I look like someone! I just want to look like myself, lol. There were two girls I went to school with who people used to claim I looked like. I think it was the complexion and the body type mainly. The only thing is, they were not very…umm…attractive. So I always felt awkward when people would bring it up because I was like dang, I look like that? They were both snobs too go figure.

One of my friends had a lookalike at school as well, and she was a chain smoking roughneck. So when people would get the other girl mixed up for my friend, they would text her and say “I didn’t know you smoked!” Or “I waved and you didn’t say hi earlier!” And she would have to let them know it wasn’t her. It was hilarious.

People tell me they see people who look like me now and then, and they usually don’t in my opinion, but there is on friend of my FI who looks SO much like me!! When he and I were in a long distance relationship I told her she and I should switch passports for a few months, and I don’t think anyone would have noticed.

Sometimes I do think, though, that he used to have a crush on her and it didn’t work out, so when he saw me maybe he was more drawn to me because of that. Don’t know how true it is, but it has run through my mind.

The only time I’ve ever overwhelmingly gotten any comparison was when I was at the Getty in front of this painting:

Like 5 people in the room started pointing at it saying “OMG, she looks like you!”  Apparently her name’s Princess Leonilla, and she was considered hot stuff in the 19th century.
