I am having a brunch reception. The reception will be 60 people or less. So far the menu looks like this:
- Fruit kabobs
- Sunried Tomato and artichoke savory cheeseake with flatbread
- -Ham, Cheddar and onion
- -Tomato and Basil
- -Country Sausage and pepperjack cheese
- Blackberry and cream cheese stuffed french toast
- Sausage and Gravy
- Hashbrown Casserole
- Bacon and Sausage
- Assorted Brioche and hard roll sandwiches (Chicken salad, Ham, Turkey, Roast beef)
We will be having Mimosas and Belinis, with wine and champagne also offered.
Does this look like enough? Do you think I should add a salad?

It’s all ham/pork/sausage. I would not eat most of it. I think if you added a salad it would make it better.

A salad would be nice as most of the food sounds on the heavier side. It all sounds yummy 🙂

i made sure to have some veggie options for my veggie friends…i obviously don’t have too many of those options…my Fiance loves bacon, haha.

@gelaine22: The tomato and basil quiche, french toast, appetizers, and hashbrown casserole have no meat. Most of the sandwiches also are not pork. I will ask about adding a salad though. Thanks for your opion though!

@WhiteSnow: Mmm brunch! This sounds delicious!

Thanks everyone. I’m just scared it’s too heavy with no vegetables. I know when I eat brunch, I hardly ever eat vegetables (I usually eat the breakfast part lol), but that may just be me!

@amandasouthcarolina: The biscuit bar sounds cool! I see waffles, crepes, etc bars but never biscuit bars!

That sounds SO delicious!

@WhiteSnow: You had me at sausage and gravy.
I second being sure to have plenty of fresh veggies and fruit. A plain salad would be nice.

This sounds wonderful as is but I would probably add a salad because I love salad! I think you have a great assortment of lunch and breakfast foods though. Sometimes people have a brunch menu and it only has items from one.
