Do you think there’s enough varieties to satisfy everyone?
Oh, and the wedding will start at 11 am.

I think it sounds delicious. Mmmm I would love some hashbrown casserole right now. I would add mimosas if that’s an option:)

Sounds pretty fantastic to me! (Vegetarian)

I’m an eggs benedict and french toast kind of girl….but I still love all other breakfast foods…I think you have enough variety. only crazy people (like my FI) don’t like breakfast foods.
sjhanddab2014: …and a YES to the mimosas if that’s possible.

OMG…..I want to come to your wedding……

No Bacon? I love bacon! It’s not brunch without bacon!!!

amstudent1: sjhanddab2014: Fiance said mimosas too. Looks like he’s winning 😉
autumnWren: You think I have enough options for vegetarians?

Yum! I’d definitely add mimosas if you can, but it sounds seriously yummy!

That sounds delicious! I think your guests will be pleased! Are you serving any sort of alcohol? If so, I think mimosas and or bloody mary’s would pair great! If not, it’s still a wonderful menu.

LeeBee88: Yes, we’ll serve peach Bellini, which is a champagne based cocktail. Bloody Mary sounds great too, thank you! 🙂
Any other brunch cocktail ideas are welcome!

Oh man now I’m hungry. Sounds great to me, haha.

Edit for OP
Wedding cake is supposed to be strawberry shortcake not strawberry cheesecake, duh.
Also, do I need more vegan friendly option? I don’t have any vegan friends coming, but idk about my extended family. Maybe some mushroom dish? Ideas, please? Thanks all!

I’m always excited to see other brunch weddings! Your menu sounds awesome. If you don’t know of any vegans coming you should be fine not having specific options for them. I think they would have let you know about such a severe diet!

That sounds amazing!!!
The only caveat is that I would double-check to make sure there aren’t any food allergies you need to cater for. For example, you may need to get in some gluten free dessert bread or somesuch.
