we’re doing a small three tier naked cake with flowers and some gold on it… tiers will have two flavors layered on top of each other so everyone gets the same type of cake in each piece. We’re doing a lemon poppyseed with a blueberry mousse and italian cream with bavarian mousse and buttercream on the outside. We still need to finalize our order next week, but this is what we liked so far. 🙂 it’s a spring outdoor wedding so I wanted soemthing fresh and fruity for everyone to enjoy. 🙂
Oh, OP… I am drowning in a puddle of my own drool from your cake choices. Personally, I think that as long as there is some form of chocolate in my wedding cake, I will be happy.
Is the most common thing to have the same flavours at all tires of the cake, or do you normally have different flavours on different tires ??? Is the latter more expensive?
do you normalt get to pick whatever flavours you want, or do you choose from the bakery’s cake flavour list?
Please help a sister bee who is totally clueless!
