FutureFong:  sounds yummy. If you have vegetarians there’s two kinds of salad, grilled veggies, au gratin potatoes and the Brie and walnut app. Theres a good combo of protein and starches. Vegans would be very limited.

I didn’t occur to me that they’d be available to have with the main, I guess I’m too used to the courses being served seperately. Never mind my comment, there’s more than enough.

FutureFong:  Sounds sooo delicious! I am thinking about trying to find a caterer willing to serve family style as well. Have you looking into it a bit re: challenges of catering family style? Is there a danger of the food getting cold, etc? I would love any links you have to articles about how it’s done πŸ™‚ Thanks!
