@Asia: Tell me about it lol. She made me and my Fiance a really awesome king size quilt for our bed. I love it. She’s also making our quilt guest book. I have the best mom ever ๐

@NurseMandie: I love it!! It looks exactly the same as the original, but at a much better price! I would totally make more and sell them on Etsy if I were you. Unfortunately, I don’t have a sewing bone in my body!

@Mrs.LemonDrop: Between $50-60. A little more expensive than I wanted to spend, but I really wanted the Anthropologie one and that was $120. So I got a deal ๐

@NurseMandie: that’s about what I would guess because sewing projects are often expensive. It looks great though! Totally worth it.

@sweetchiquita12: We were actually thinking of making pink curtains for my daughters room in the flamenco ombre. I think it would be so cute. I’ll post a picture when I do that too.

@Mrs.LemonDrop: The king size quilt my mom made for our bed was about $150. So yeah it gets expensive. And I only have to pay for the material. But in my opinion its worth it. Its still a discount than paying for someone else to do it and its more personal.

@NurseMandie: yeah that’s about what it cost for my double quilted duvet cover. I like sewing though because you usually still get something with better fabric that is just better made. I think it’s totally worth it! I just wish I was a better sewer, lol

@MissCurlyQ: I love the ruffled look that is popping up everywhere. I did see some lesser expensive ones like the one at Bed Bath and Beyond but the colors didn’t match my bathroom colors.
@Mrs.LemonDrop: I know I wish I was better too. That’s why on big projects like this I have my mom do it lol. I wish I had more time to spend to learn too. Maybe someday though.
