The wedding is in New Orleans and about 70% of the guests aren’t from the area. i wanted to give them traditional New Orleans options but also have standard options as well. It will be buffet style.
passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour: shrimp pies, artichoke balls, steak bites with sauce and mini muffalattas
chicken and andouille gumbo
mandarian salad with poppy seed dressing
beef tenderloin (carving station)
crawfish pasta (creamy)
crudite, fruit, crackers
spincah and artichoke dip
almond flavored cupcakes with strawberry cream cheese filling

It looks great. I am not into creole food and there are definitely some options for everyone.

Do you have any vegetarians coming? If so there isn’t much for them to eat other then salad and spinach dip.

Can you do pasta with the crawfish on the side? As a vegetarian, I would only have salad and artichoke dip to eat. (and sweets which sound wonderful also)

We have 1 guest that is a vegetarian and that is my grandmother. She eats like a bird and I ran the menu by her. We have 1 that is vegan. I just don’t know what to do with him?
