My Fiance and I are foodies. We decided to have several options as food stations instead of the traditional plated dinner. The menu is as follows:
Asian Sensation Station
Shrimp Pad Thai in chinese to go boxes
Grilled Teriyaki Kabobs
Viva la Mexico
Mini Make it yourself fajitas
Guacamole and Chips
Assorted Cheeses, Bread and Grilled Veggies, Tapenades
The best of the Northwest:
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Assorted Grilled Veggies
A night on Bourbon Street:
Cajun Herb roasted chicken
Macaroni and Cheese
Fried Green Tomatoes
Cornbread Dressing ?
Fish n Chips
I also forgot the specialty drinks!:
Mint Julep Ice Tea

That sounds awesome!! It’s kind of similar to what we’re doing but we cut late night and one of our dinner stations.

It sounds great just make sure to keep everything HOT if it is supposed to be HOT and COLD if it is supposed to be COLD…there is nothing worse then wrong temp wedding food…no matter how tasty the food is if it is the wrong temp it is just nasty…I just had my stomach growl at your menu!
