We booked our venue this last weekend and set a menu . We’re far out though so it’s not locked-in. Does this sound like enough food and variety?
This is a summit ceremony of a Mt.
10am Guests ride chairlift to site
10:30 – wedding begins
11- very latest the ceremony would be over, guests would begin taking chairlift down (can grab a drink while they wait for their turn to ride down) – bridal party will start doing pictures during this
11:30 all guests should be done with chairlift and at lodge – there will be cash bar, coffee, tea, ice tea, juices, lemonade, ect.
During this mini cocktail hour there is a fresh fruit display and a variety of different types of pasteries to munch on
12- Bridal Party enters and the buffet brunch begins
Sugar Cured Bacon, Maple Sausage Links,
Chef’s Quiche of the Day,
Fancy Garden Salad with House Dressings, Chef’s Deli Salad
Creamy Macaroni & Cheese, Boston Scrod, Lemon‐Pepper Chicken,
Brunch Beverage Station
(Berkshire Beans™ Locally Roasted Organic Coffees, Gourmet Tea Assortment, Orange Juice, Iced Tea, Lemonade)
Around 1:45 – Cake is served, and cheesecake will also be out
3:30 – Reception Over

Food sounds really good! Lots of options for every taste. I would offer a mimosa bar complimentary though.

Pricing for more than that is out of our budget, and neither of our families will be upset abotu a cash bar. Pretty standard for both sides to do cash bar.

Sounds delicious! If you have a lot of non-vegan vegetarians, I might add eggs so those people have some protein. But it really depends on your guests and their preferences.

mssoontobe : omg this sounds great! makes me think we should up our food game…. maybe we don’t have enough ;-( we’re doing brunch for dinner. to me, my menu sounds like way more food than i woudl ever eat, but i’m maybe different than other people. Girl, I would be all over that mac n cheese!!!!!! I want to add mac and cheese now

FutureMrsKuncho : Our venue had a really great base brunch, we only added a few things honestly! I credit them with the variety! I’m so excited to taste test the mac. I’m kind of addicted to the home made kinds.
