It’s 9 days till our wedding and I’m going over everything. I am just starting to panic thinking we don’t have enough food! We are having a buffet style, not traditional serving style.
Appetizers during cocktail hour:
Cheese tray, Anti pasta tray & spinach artichoke dip.
Full dinner menu:
Prime Rib, Mini chicken cord on bleu, bacon wrapped scallops, crab stuffed mushrooms, pasta salad & mini quiches.

I think that menu is delicious! The only thing I notice is a lack of vegetable sides. I love to eat a salad with my dinner, or something similar to help cut the heaviness of all the other food.
Also, if you have an vegetarians there isn’t much they can eat that is substantial.

I agree with babyboo – I’d beef up your menu with a few vege options (steamed, fresh, soup, heavy pasta entree-thing), if you can. If not then I wouldn’t worry about it. The menu sounds like enough food!

Yes, I would add a vegetable side and a fresh salad!

I think it looks great. The only thing I would add would be some kind of bread and a green salad, but you know what your guests will eat better than I do 🙂

as a vegetarian i just have to advocate for a few more veggie options if possible. looks good though!
