@applecat:  Mmmm your menu sounds delicious! Can I come to your wedding? And you have a deluxe coffee station?! Forget coming to your wedding, can I marry you? 😀

One of the best menus I have read for a large event. So many common issues (vegetarian etc) catered for. Also, common “dislikes” seem to be spread enough through the dishes that everyone should have something that appeals 🙂

@applecat:  as far as your vegan comment. isn’t pesto traditionally made with Parmesan cheese and therefore not vegan?  (not sure since I’m not vegan so I don’t usually think of these things)

other than that your menu sounds amazing! And remember you will never be able to feed everyone exactly what they want on that specific night but it’s nice that you are trying

@Tracille:  Like Tracille wrote, pesto is usually made with parmesan cheese and therefore it’s not vegan. I’m sure you can work something with your caterer, though.

Other than that your menu sounds wonderful!

Parmesan cheese is lactose-free.

@applecat:  not only does that sound really yummy but it is a well balanced menu. Not to carbi heavy or too meat focused.

I was reading your menu and was thinking how similar it sounded to the venue I’m highly considering! So i went to one of your older posts and seen your getting married at the gem theatre! I’m considering the colony club- owned by the same people- and it’s nice to hear that everything you tasted was good! It sure all sounds yummy!
