I loved Mehgan’s gown & prefer it to Eugenia’s. But, there is no doubt that she rocked the dress & especially the emeralds!

Adored her dress and loved the emeralds. As for the comment about the service being too similar to harry and meghans, that is basically the royal family local and family church so of course both would use it and we have such strict rules about what can and cannot happen within church weddings they would be pretty identical (My church wedding will be same as my sister’s for example, because there is really only 1 version of a church of England wedding), it’s the music choices and then the reception where we make things more individual

I also thought it was too old for her. I think the folded neckline really dates it and the fabric was a bit too tablecloth for my taste. That said, I loved the open back and the fact she didn’t wear a veil. I think Meghan’s was a lot more modern.

I wasn’t a fan of her first one but I loved her evening dress. So stunning!

“Also, as beautiful as the wedding was, it was way too similar to Harry and Megan’s. Considering it was held only months later at the same church, you would think they would go out of their way to make it different.”

I think perhaps you misunderstand the protocols of high church  weddings in general and  royal weddings in particular . There is no way ever they would go in for trendy themed wedddings or strive for popular fashion touches .  Eugenie was fairly daring not  having  a veil!

I like her wedding dress very much actually and loved the folded collar . Slightly tighter  and shorter sleeves maybe? I didn’t  the evening dress – well,  I didn’t  like the cape/sleeves effect, but the colour and style otherwise was very nice and romantic

Very pretty and classy! And it seems to fit like a glove unlike Megan’s dress which was just awkward.

I loved it! The folded neckline and silhouette gave it a very retro vibe, but the back was modern and sleek. Her choice of tiara was to die for. Best royal dress by far.

She looked every part of an English Princess! My god she was perfection! That dress was the perfect mix of traditional royal with just enough touch of modern day flair. She killed it in that dress, and her hair, makeup and Tiara was fantastic! Her skin looked perfectly rosie and flushed while her eyes were illuminated against that brilliant emerald on top of her head. IMO She demonstrated to the the world how it’s done!

Those asking, the embroidery was representative of her heritage, there was even Rose included to represent York. You guys, we just witnessed a real live modern day York princess marry in 2018 – as an amateur royal family history buff this just gets me all sorts of excited. Whether you agree with the notion of a royal family or not, that little fact is simply amazing.

As for any comparison to Prince Harry’s bride of choice, well … simply put, there is none.
