    At first glance they look rubbery to me. They are cute but not wedding shoes to me.

    I love the purple shoe idea though.

    @Pamelor55:  i agree, they looked like rubber.  like jellies (if anyone remembers them).

    i am not sure if i am a fan.

    I like them in pink! But I think the purple is too dark, and it makes them look cheap/heavy. You won’t be able to see the fine detailing from the sidelines, so to your guests they’re going to look like big clunky pieces of rubber!

    But I think in a lighter pastel, like the pink version, they’d look really great– detailed and quirky up close, and dainty and unoffensive from far away.

    I think they look little girlish, like updated jellies as others said. They aren’t elegant, in contrast to your dress. But obviously it’s what you like and are comfortable with. I doubt anyone ever even saw my shoes.
