So I want to know what everyone thinks of these wedges for my reception shoes incase my high heels start to hurt my feet.
So here they are. What do you all think?

These are my Christian Louboutin heels I already have and will wear all night unless they hurt.

My only concern is that the wedges are white and silver and my dress is ivory. Do you think this matters?

My only concern is the height difference for when you go get your dress hemmed.
Which shoes are you going to hem it for? Cause if you go with the wedges your dress will drag in the Louboutins, and if you go with the Louboutins A LOT of your shoes will show with the wedges.
Also, I don’t think I would like the white shoes with ivory dress…. it might make your dress kind of look like a dingy white in comparison with the crisp white.

@SweetartMD: Ya that is my concern too. The difference in height is 3/4 inch and I don’t want my shoes to show, but finding wedges I like that go with my dress has been really difficult.

2 opposite extremes! One is casual and one is elegant…I would take my shoes off and go barefoot if needed…

Another bee turned me on to Shoes of Prey (http://www.shoesofprey.com/), it’s a site where you design your own shoes. They have wedges at 4 and 5 inches, you pick the material and the style. I can let you know how mine turned out in 4-6 weeks 🙂

@Mrs_Harmer_to_be: I think the 1st look cute & funky…. but I wouldn’t wear them with the wedding dress because of the difference in height & color clash
HOWEVER
the LOUBOUTINS
DAMN GIRL! hot shoes 🙂

They were $178. Free returns so if they aren’t good quality I’ll return them.

I love your wedding shoes but to be honest not a fan of the wedges really. There are lots of dress wedges out there….they look a little too casual to me.

Not a fan of the wedges. I think the white/ivory would matter because the wedges are higher than your Loubs so they would be more visible under your dress. How about something like this? They’re keeping in the sandal wedge style you chose, but more formal for a wedding in ivory satin with rhinestones:
