Mmm, sounds delish. I would go with one more thing though. Something more geared towards lunch. Pasta, mini sandwhiches, something like that.

That menu sounds delicious, but it is slightly lacking on the lunch side of brunch. Maybe instead of adding an entire new station you could expand the salad station to have more lunch-y salads like a pasta salad, chicken salad, or green salad.

Sounds delish! As a Canadian, I gotta make sure you’re going to have maple syrup and I’m noticing a distinct lack of bacon. ๐Ÿ˜›

Yum! How about adding a veg pasta salad to the salad options instead of FI’s pasta station?

I feel there should be some more meat, but not pasta – it doesn’t mesh well with the rest.  Maybe mini BLTs (or SausageLTs for you weirdos who aren’t into bacon).  If you’re having maple syrup, be sure to have local honey too! (for us weirdos who think maple syrup is gross).  Also I’d suggest some fruit that is not in ‘salad’ form. I know many people, including myself, who think once the fruit flavors have melded, none of them taste good anymore.  Mmmm pickiness is fun!

btw, brunch reception sounds awesome!

This looks so tasty! the one thing I would change would be the chesse and ham croissant, instead I would do carved ham at the southern station with maple syrup, then have biscuits and croissants.  I would also add some chicken salad/cucumber sandwich squares

Oh my…good menu!! I agree with pp’s that think it needs something more lunch like to round out the breakfast items, hence making it brunch. ๐Ÿ™‚ Pasta may be a bit too heavy for brunch. What about…finger sandwiches like you’d see at high tea (canapés or roulades)? Sliders but using creative ingredients that are more brunch like instead of beef?

lacolibree:  I was also going to say that I feel it is missing a meat.  I typically expect either a carved ham or turkey or roast beef/prime rib at a brunch – not all of them, but at least one of those options.  I am a huge brunch fan, and if there was no meat, I would be very sad haha
