The cake kind of replulses me.  It looks like the tire is spraying shit onto the cake.  I’m sure it’s meant to be mud, but its a tad too dark to be mud….

I, personally, don’t care for fondant. But I think it’s a cute idea. It’s not very weddingy, but if you like it, that’s alll that matters.

@futuremrsbc:  I would never want this for myself (it’s just completely not my style), but the cake itself is well done.

I don’t think it looks like a “wedding cake,” though … Casual or not.

I like the idea put it’s a little over the top for me. Maybe a much smaller tire or a truck or something that would only spray on the first tier. A little less obvious but still gets the point across, and it doesn’t compromise the majority of the cake design.

Ha! That picture made me laugh. It’s not my preference, but I wouldn’t dislike it at someone else’s wedding/event.

If it fits the personality/theme of the couple/wedding, then sure…but I think it looks gross, sorry.

Not my personal cup of tea, but it looks really well done.  I know some people who would be over the moon to have a cake like this. So if it fits your theme, yourselves, and your guests, then go for it!

I think it is pretty darn funny if it shows off your personality.  I would probably make a small version of a truck versus a large tire with a yard like feel to it (if you get what I am saying).. It isn’t anything I would do but for the right couple and a few revisions it could be great.

For a laid back casual wedding I think it fits well.  I think your guests will get a kick out of it too

Just no. This makes me cringe. A PP mentioned that it looks like shit instead of mud and I think she was right.
