I’ve been looking for a suitable Mother/Son dance song and came upon “Never Alone” sung by Lady Antebellum with lyrics by Jim Brickman. What do you think? My son and I have been listening to songs for days and either they are too sappy (he and I both start laughing!) or seem like they are more appropriate for the Bride and Groom. For my last son’s wedding I picked “MY Wish” by Rascal Flatts because that’s how I felt about him. I’m looking for something again along those lines (wishing the best for my son).

I adore “Never Alone”. That would work for just about anything at a wedding.

My FH and his mom will be dancing to The Beatles, “In My Life.”

I love them =) Fi doesn’t like rascal flatts, so that wouldn’t work for us. They are going to dance to “House on Pooh Corner” by Kenny Loggins.

I’ve never heard it but we are doing “Angels” by Randy Travis. I had his mom listen to it and she loved it!
