Sounds really good! Its a little bit heavy if it will be super hot out or there isn’t good air conditioning where you are.

@ILuv2TeachPreK: I’m actually jealous of your chicken! I had a dish like that in a restaurant once and it was incredible! I asked my caterer if he could re-create it for our wedding, so he attempted it for our tasting. It was horrible! They completely missed it 🙁 I was bummed, but the rest of their food is good, so I should be happy!
