If they were the same price, I would choose the narrower one because I personally prefer narrow over wide bands. Although since the pics are different sizes, I can’t really tell which one is wider!

I think I’d be able to tell the difference in person– I’d also consider the types of metals and stones used in the bands.  I’m going to guess the 2nd one is the more expensive ring– it looks sturdier and more well-made, even if I’m not a huge fan of the style!

the 2nd one reminds me of something I’d see at Tiffanys… or it could just be a Tiffany’s knock-off!

either way, I personally would never pick a sterling silver “forever” ring, so if I liked this style, then I’d pick the better quality materials.

If this is a play ring to add to your set I would go for the cheaper one! That way you can have LOTS of different play rings to switch out with. 🙂

Girl, you’re gonna lose your mind with all these play rings.  hahaha.  I like the first one a bit better; it looks more expensive but I actually don’t know which one is which.  I’d go for the thinner one.

@GelaMac:  oh, sorry I can’t help you then– I wear the same jewelry everyday, never been a “play ring” person!

Honestly, all I can tell is that one ring has better photography behind it, so I’m guessing that’s the more expensive ring. Otherwise, the style is exactly the same!

Then yes, I definitely stand by my statement that I prefer the first one 😀

ETA: Exceptttttt that the first one is SS and the second one is WG so depending on how often you wear it I’d be worried about the SS wearing against your e-ring?
