I’ve been working out with a trainer doing a group class for the past 6 1/2 months. The results have been phenomenal and I’m totally hooked. I plan to continue past the wedding. He’s starting a 7-week fitness challenge with some really strict dietary requirements. Normally, I’d jump at this in a heartbeat. But – at the end of week 3 is my wedding and week 4 is my honeymoon. I plan to be completely off the diet and eat and drink to my heart’s content (well – not go super crazy, but definitely take a break from dieting).
That said – part of me still wants to be part of the challenge…. but, the other part says it’s stupid and bad timing.
