We sometimes use a company called emusic, when you sign up you normally get about 50 free songs to download.

We use iTunes too.  We used to use Limewire a few years ago, but we always picked the poor versions of the songs.  Not necessarily their fault, but I’d rather pay $.99 for a good quality song, that search for a good one for free.  I’m lazy like that.

I haven’t downloaded in a while, I’m going to have to change because I always used Limewire!

I used to use itunes, but I just realized how much cheaper Amazon is. Its .99 a song vs. 1.29 for itunes. It downloads into itunes the same way. Plus, they have good deals sometimes. I just got the brand new Taylor Swift album for 3.99. Thats the cost of 3 songs on itunes.

This may sound a little weird but if you are looking for a obscure song try different countries versions of the download program. They are not universal and will often have more of a focus on a certain type of music. This is super helpful if you are into technoy/dance/house music.
