- Wedding: December 2017 - Baltimore. MD.
I know almost every bride thinks the dress is one of the most important part of the wedding day- if not the most important. But I can’t help but wonder- it’s just for one day! Unlike the groom who can wear his again (depending on what he wears because some grooms wear some freaky or ‘unique’ outfits ).
SO, what does a dress mean to you an how much does it mean to you??
Magnitude wise, the wedding is the world so the dress means a country to me!

I voted I don’t care…I’d be happy to marry my FH in a leisure suit!!

It means looking awesome and expressing myself on the most photographed day of my life… but not too much more than that

The dress is important to me but is def not the most important thing!

I voted 1%. I would marry my husband in a potato sack. A dress is just a pretty materialistic thing, and a dress or a ring or a tuxedo does not make a marriage.

Dress shopping was fun, but it’s nowhere near the most important part of the wedding. I voted a city, 30%.

I voted in comparison to the price I was willing to spend. So, a state. 🙂 I watched my sister spend almost 5 grand on a dress and I couldn’t imagine doing that – if I had 5 grand for dress I would be spending it on a helluva honeymoon! But it was her choice and she loved it.
I will not be spending more then 600 on my dress. I have found plenty of options on j.crew, davids, BHDLN, recycled dress sites, etc where I can get away with doing this.
Unfortunately, I haven’t found ‘the one’ yet but I still have time so I am hoping mine will catch my eye soon!

I voted a continent. My ring is my world! In terms of wedding day materialistic things.

I voted house. Prior to dress shopping I would have said chair or nothing. But I do reall like my dress. And put a lot of effort into picking it.
