(Closed) What does it cost to insure your ring?

$600.00 a year, its 2% of the value of the ring. Our homeowners doesnt cover it, most are only 3-5000.00 TOTAL for jewelry, that wouldnt even cover one of my regular rings, never mind my ering. We have the upgraded house insurance plan and it covers 12 grand  in jewelry, plus the extra rider on my ering for  30 grand.

We did ours through Jeweler’s Mutual since it was cheaper than our Homeowners and covered way more. It’s about $200/year for a 2.25 tcw ring.
